Ashley Smith, CAM, has extensive experience in community management within the multifamily housing sector. Since April 2018, Ashley has served as a Community Manager and previously held the role of Leasing Manager at Adara Communities. Prior to this, from January 2010 to May 2016, Ashley worked at Adara Communities as a Construction Coordinator and Assistant Manager. Ashley's career began at CNC Investments, where responsibilities included Assistant Manager and Leasing Specialist from February 2008 to January 2010. Ashley also gained valuable experience as an Office Manager at Advanced Building & Remodeling from June 2005 to February 2008.
