Bilal Mujahid has a work experience spanning several companies and roles. Bilal began their career as a Database Administrator at Ismail Industries Limited in 2012 and worked there until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a System Engineer at Engro Foods PVT LTD. In 2016, they joined Securehops PVT LTD as a Solutions Architect and stayed with the company until 2018. Since 2019, they have been employed as a Solutions Architect at ADAPTURE, where their responsibilities include cloudflare configurations, CF terraforming, managing and monitoring systems and infrastructure, defining customer needs, and coordinating team testing and evaluation for design development.

Bilal Mujahid began their education in 2002 at Twinkle Scholars High School, where they completed their Matriculation with a focus on Computer Science in 2003. Bilal then attended Punjab College from 2004 to 2006, majoring in Accounting and Finance for their Intermediate degree. In 2013, Bilal enrolled in the Virtual University of Pakistan and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, which they completed in 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Bilal has also obtained several certifications. In 2021, they received certifications in various fields such as Learning ServiceNow, Programming Foundations: Databases, Programming Foundations: Software Testing/QA, ServiceNow: Basic Administration, Fundamentals of Red Hat Enterprise Linux for SAP Solutions, KodeKloud Devops Pre-Requisite Certification, Amazon Aurora MYSQL Basics, Amazon Aurora MYSQL Migration, CockroachDB Query Performance for Developers, Getting Started with CockroachDB, Introduction to Database Migration, and Linux Fundamentals. Furthermore, in 2023, they are planning to obtain the OPSWAT Academy | ICIP Certification, and they also have an ongoing interest in Get Started With ServiceNow Reporting.
