Sergio Silva is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the biomedical, electronics, and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Chief Technical Officer at Adapttech since April 2022, Sergio focuses on innovating smart technologies for the orthotics and prosthetics market. Previously, Sergio held the same title at Globaltronic from November 2015 to May 2022, where responsibilities included product development management and strategic technology adoption. Earlier career roles encompass teaching positions in electronics and telecommunications, as well as various leadership roles in commercial and technical operations at several organizations, including STAT HIGH PRÉ-ANALYTICAL SYSTEMS SA and Beta Diagnóstico. Sergio holds a Master's degree in Bluetooth Low Energy from Universidade Vila Real e Trás dos Montes and a Licenciatura in Electronics and Telecommunications from Universidade de Aveiro.
