Nikolett Toldi has work experience in sales, administration, and customer service. In 2019, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Adaptive Recognition. Prior to that, they were a Shop Assistant at Claires Accessories from 2017 to 2018. In 2017, they also worked as an International Pension Administrator at the National Pension Insurance. Nikolett started their career as an Administrative Assistant at the National Transport Authority in 2016 and later worked at the Ministry of National Development in the same role.

Nikolett Toldi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the University of Public Service in 2017. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs at Budapest Business School from 2017 to 2020.
