Elizabeth A. Marchant is a Senior Scientist at Adaptimmune, with experience in both cell pipeline and translational science since October 2020. Marchant designs and performs functional assays for TCR T cell immunotherapy, leading projects focused on flow panel design and multiplexing for patient sample analysis. Prior to Adaptimmune, Marchant served as a Senior Scientist at TC BioPharm Limited, specializing in γδ T cell immunotherapy for leukemia treatment. Marchant's academic background includes a PhD in Experimental Medicine from The University of British Columbia and a Master's in Infectious Diseases from The University of Western Australia. Additional roles include postdoctoral research, laboratory management, and immunology research at BC Children's Hospital Research Institute, where Marchant developed and analyzed various immunological assays.
