Maxwell Warncke has a diverse work experience in various roles. Maxwell started their career in 2019 as an EMT with Grady Health System, where they received training and certification while working in a busy 911 system. Maxwell then joined Skyline EMS as an EMT, where they performed basic duties and participated in developing medical policies and doctrine. In 2021, Maxwell worked at DispatchHealth as a DHMT, and in 2022, they joined Adaptigent as a QA Engineer. At Adaptigent, they focused on increasing automated test coverage and designing high-quality automated tests for their products.

Maxwell Warncke pursued their education from 2018 to 2022 at Georgia State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Computer Science degree. During their time there, their field of study focused on Databases and Knowledge-based Systems.
