Nelson J. serves as the Principal Customer Success Advocate and Head of Presales at Adaptavist since April 2016, leading a geographically diverse team to enhance client services and streamline sales processes. Nelson also held the position of Head of Transformational Services, guiding agile consultants in supporting organizations through their Agile Transformation Journeys. Previously, Nelson was the Head of North America Professional Services, overseeing a team dedicated to improving software and processes for complex organizations. Prior experience includes various consultancy roles at Black Diamond Software, including management consultant positions for high-profile clients such as ESPN and Apple Inc. Nelson's earlier career at IBM involved roles as an IT Architect and SDLC Consultant, complemented by an educational background in MBA with a focus on MIS and Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
