Amelia Hogg serves as the Head of Service Delivery at Adaptavist since July 2016, focusing on overseeing the Service Delivery for Managed Services customers, both external and internal, while driving revenue and supporting operational excellence. Prior roles at Adaptavist include Client Services Team Lead, fostering long-term client relationships, and Service Delivery Manager, ensuring client requirements and expectations are met for the Atlassian application suite. Prior to Adaptavist, Amelia worked at OLIVER Agency as a SaaS Implementation Manager and Account Manager, where responsibilities included client communication, project management, and increasing financial performance for notable clients. Amelia holds a Master's in Education from the University of Exeter and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of York, complemented by a PGCE in Primary Science from the University of Exeter.
