Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, has extensive experience in nursing informatics and clinical applications. Currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003, Charlene specializes in clinical documentation and leads initiatives in care planning and patient bedside education. Prior experience includes roles as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where Charlene implemented the A4 Healthmatics ED application, and as a Senior Business Consultant at Kaiser Permanente IT, focusing on clinical concept modeling. Charlene began their career as a Staff Nurse in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Academically, Charlene holds a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
