Samuel Shipley has extensive law enforcement experience, currently serving as a Corporal at the Adams County Sheriff's Office since May 2018. Previously, Samuel served as a Sergeant in York County, Pennsylvania, from July 2008 until retirement, where responsibilities included leading the K-9 unit with a Bloodhound named Lou, managing traffic and criminal citation records, and participating in the York County Missing Child Task Force. This task force holds National Certification as a Child Abduction Response Team. Samuel's education includes attendance at Catonsville Community College and completion of the Sheriff’s Academy at Penn State University, alongside a High School Diploma from Mount Saint Joseph's.
