Mike Gaetke possesses extensive experience in the construction and security sectors, currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert at Adamo Security Group since January 2020, focusing on the design and development of SCIF/SAPF. Previously, Mike was the Owner of Adamo Construction, Inc. from November 1984 to January 2020, providing design/build "turn-key" services for specialized facilities for US Military and Defense Contractors at various international locations. Additional roles include Superintendent at Pacific Scene Development, Owner of Gaetke Construction, and Director of Construction for Assisting Indigenous Development in Papua New Guinea. Early career experience includes positions as a Carpenter at Whitely Construction and a Draftsman at Gaetke Partner's Architect. Mike has pursued several educational credentials in physical security from institutions such as the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the National Security Training Institute.
