Paul MacLeman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Serving as Chairman at AdAlta Ltd since April 2013 and Executive Chairman at Island Pharmaceuticals since December 2019, Paul focuses on innovative solutions for difficult diseases and antiviral therapies, respectively. Additionally, Paul holds advisory roles on several panels, including Mind Medicine Australia and PharmaVentures, and contributes to the NSW FBP Industry Training Advisory Committee. Past leadership includes Chairing the Australian Industry Skills Committee's Pharmaceutical Industry Reference Committee and serving as Chairman of SuperTrans Medical Ltd. Paul’s educational background includes an MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management and degrees in Veterinary Science and Engineering.
