David Lyons has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. David is currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Adairs Retail Group since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Sportsbet from 2015 to 2022, with their last role being the Head of HR Business Partnering. David also worked at Officeworks as a Learning and Development Manager from 2013 to 2015. Before that, they held various positions at Origin Energy, including Graduate Development Program Manager, Manager of Leadership and Talent, and Manager of Leadership and Development Strategy from 2009 to 2013. David's career began at Origin as a Learning and Development Consultant from 2007 to 2009.
