Trupti Mishra has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Trupti is currently serving as the Head of Operations at Adagrad AI since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Accor for six years, starting in August 2016 as the Director of Rooms, responsible for budget forecasting, sales strategies, and overall operations management. Trupti then served as the Rooms Division Manager from February 2016 to August 2018.

Before joining Accor, Trupti worked at Oakwood as the Front Office Manager from September 2012 to February 2015. Prior to that, they held the position of Assistant Front Office Manager at Hyatt Regency Pune from April 2010 to September 2012 and at Oakwood from January 2009 to March 2010.

In 1997, they attended Bharati Vidyapeeth and completed a Diploma in Hotel Management, focusing on Hospitality Administration/Management. Continuing their educational journey, Trupti enrolled in Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2001 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Arts. Later, in 2008 and 2009, they joined Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) with a specialization in HR.
