Michelle Grundy started their career as an Apprentice Adminstration Assistant at Adactus Housing Group Ltd, eventually moving up to become Head of Human Resources (Performance) before joining Jigsaw Homes Group Ltd as Operations Director - People. Michelle holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel & Development (CIPD) in HR (Leadership & Management) from Wigan & Leigh College.
