Alejandra Troncoso began their career in 2014 as a Marketing Intern at Rosen Petal Co. In 2015, they joined So Fetch as a Product Advisory Board Member & Collaborator. The following year, they became a Social Media Marketing Associate at Freedom Fast Lane. In 2017, Alejandra was hired as a Developer Relations Manager, Team Lead at AdAction Interactive, where they were also later promoted to Developer Relations Manager.

Alejandra Troncoso obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin in 2016. Alejandra attended Seven Lakes Highschool prior to their studies at The University of Texas at Austin. In October 2016, they obtained a "Getting Started with After Effects CC (2015)" certification from Lynda.com. Alejandra is also in the process of obtaining a Business Foundations Certificate from The University of Texas at Austin.
