Tolani Thomas-Allinson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, consulting, and mentorship. As a VC Scout at Ada Ventures since February 2024, Tolani contributes to identifying and supporting exceptional talent in the venture capital space. Tolani founded Halisi Consulting in June 2018, serving as Principal Consultant while also mentoring businesses at Enterprise Nation and coaching startups at SheLeadsAfrica.Org and Startupbootcamp. Tolani holds board membership and fundraising leadership roles at Sanitary Aid for Nigerian Girls since January 2017. Previous experience includes roles at ZIRCON MARINE LIMITED, Garanntor, Digital Bananas Technology, and Hero 78. Tolani has a Master's degree in International Business and Management from the University of Bradford and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Lagos.
