Flávio H. de Freitas has extensive experience in engineering management, leading teams and driving significant improvements in various organizations. Currently serving as a Group Engineering Manager at Ada Health since February 2021, Flávio has successfully led the Care Activation group, optimizing platform performance and pioneering productivity metrics. Previous roles include Team Lead at Gymondo, CTO at Seven Lanes and VivaBem.com, and Consultant at VILT. Flávio has a strong background in software development, having designed key systems for major companies, and holds educational credentials from Escola Politécnica da USP.
