Richa Kapse Nair serves as the Regional Head of Creative and Head of Content House at ADA since March 2022, leading creative guidance and business growth within the creative content team. Prior experience includes roles at Grey Group Singapore from June 2015 to March 2022, where responsibilities spanned Head of Grey Commerce, Associate Creative Director, and Design Director. Richa held the position of Associate Design Director at FITCH from June 2012 to December 2014, focusing on collaborative design solutions aligned with strategic insight. Earlier roles include Designer at MBH Architects, specializing in Apple reseller store designs, and Interior Architect at Lotus Design, contributing to various restaurant and retail projects. Richa holds a Master's degree in Interior Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design and a Bachelor's Degree in Exhibition Design from the National Institute of Design.
