Ashley Alfaro has accumulated extensive experience in hospitality management, currently serving as Assistant General Manager at AD1 Global since February 2020. Prior roles include Assistant General Manager at Springwood Hospitality from March 2018 to 2019, and Assistant Food and Beverage Director at Donohoe Hospitality Services between March 2014 and November 2015. Earlier experience includes working as Restaurant Supervisor at Courtyard by Marriott from May 2012 to August 2014. Ashley is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Johnson & Wales University, expected to be completed in 2020.
