Manuela G. currently serves as Principal Instructional Designer at Dayforce, having transitioned from a Senior Instructional Designer role focused on Customer & Partner Enablement. Prior to this, Manuela held positions at Amazon, where responsibilities included serving as Learning Experience Designer and Training Program Manager, emphasizing the development of training solutions and the management of cloud computing training programs. Manuela's earlier experience includes teaching roles at Eastside Preparatory School, The Overlake School, and Tampa Preparatory School, as well as an adjunct instructor position at the University of South Florida. Manuela holds an MA in Applied Linguistics with a focus on Adult Education from the University of South Florida and a BA in Environmental Policy & Economics from Rollins College.
