Renata Kota has a work experience of more than 15 years. Renata started their career at GSK in 2007, where they served as a Logistic Administrator and Customer Service representative for nearly 9 years until February 2016. After that, they joined Mljekara Sinj d.o.o. in February 2016 as an Inventory Accountant. Renata held this role for over 6 years until October 2022. Currently, they are working at AD IMLEK as a Sales Referent, starting from March 2022.

Renata Kota obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Agroecology from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Agriculture, from 2008 to 2012. Renata further pursued their education at the same institution and acquired a Master's Degree in Organic Agriculture with Agrotourism from 2012 to 2016.
