Lauryl Zenobi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in user experience and research within various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of User Experience at Ad Hoc LLC since July 2017, Lauryl collaborates with government agencies to enhance digital services, notably assisting CMS in improving digital offerings for hospitals through user research and human-centered design principles. Previously, Lauryl held several positions at the American Anthropological Association, including Principal Researcher and AnthroGuide Manager, where significant revenue growth and a user-centered redesign of products were achieved.
