Carla der Kinderen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. In 1998, they started their career as a Medewerker Professional Developmemt at KPMG Nederland. Carla then worked at Dieperink Non Spot Advertising as an Accountmanager and later as part of the Marketing Services team. In 2000, Carla joined IPN s.a. and held various roles, including Coordinator Marketing Pricing and Marketing Services.
In 2005, Carla joined RTL Nederland and worked their way up to becoming the Manager Marketing & Business Intelligence. Carla also served as the Manager Marketing and Marketingmanager Sales during their tenure at RTL Nederland. In 2020, they moved on to Ad Alliance where they currently hold the position of Director Marketing, Intelligence & Operations. Additionally, Carla is a Bestuurslid at Verenigde Internetexploitanten VINEX.
Carla der Kinderen has a diverse education history. In 1987, they attended Sint Stanislascollege, where they studied at the Gymnasium level. Following this, from 1993 to 1998, they attended Utrecht University and obtained a degree in Psychologie - Media, specifically a Doctorandus degree. In 2005-2006, Carla furthered their education at SUAS - A Schouten & Nelissen Company, specializing in Professioneel leiderschap. In 2008-2009, they pursued a Creative Circles program at RTL Group - Development. Then in 2009, they completed a program at INSEAD focused on Preparing for Opportunities. In 2012, Carla attended Nyenrode Business University, concentrating on Management. Finally, from 2019 to 2021, they attended Bertelsmann University, where their field of study was Senior Management Pool.
