Tushar Gera is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in investment banking and financial services. Currently serving as an Associate at Synergy Consulting, Inc. since November 2022, Tushar previously worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from May 2021 to October 2022. Tushar's earlier roles include an Institutional Equities Intern at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd. and a Summer Intern at JM Financial. Tushar started a career as an Assistant Manager Finance at Ircon International Ltd., a government undertaking, from September 2017 to June 2019. Tushar holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong, and has completed studies at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
