Martine Chami has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Martine started their career at GE Capital Canada, where they served as a Marketing Analyst and later became a Six Sigma Black Belt. During their time at GE, they successfully improved industry code accuracy and led a process automation project.
Martine then joined PwC as a Senior Consultant, gaining practical knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley and conducting audits across various industries. After that, they worked at Deloitte as a Manager and Senior Consultant in Enterprise Risk Services.
In 2010, Martine joined Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADNIC) as a Senior Manager, where they specialized in Quality and Process Improvement. Martine later moved to PepsiCo, where they held the position of Senior Manager for Productivity and Lean Six Sigma, leading the deployment of Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
Currently, Martine is working at ACWA Power, initially serving as the Director of Finance Transformation and Controls. Martine'sresponsibilities included establishing an Internal Control Framework and overseeing the implementation of Oracle Risk Management Cloud. Martine was later promoted to the position of Director - Strategy PMO.

Martine Chami has a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance from McGill University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2002. In 2008, they were certified as a Certified Internal Auditor by the Institute of Internal Auditors. In 2011 and 2012, Martine completed their Global Executive MBA at INSEAD. Martine also obtained a Prince2 Practitioner certification from Prince2 in 2018. Martine is currently enrolled in the Executive Programme at INSEAD, specializing in Leading Digital Transformation and Innovation, which they expect to complete in 2023. Martine has additional certification in Learning Design Thinking from LinkedIn, the specifics of which are not provided.
