Michael Mohr's work experience began in 2006 with internships at the City of Binghamton and the Broome County Industrial Development Agency. In 2007, they joined the New York City Economic Development Corporation as an Assistant Vice President, where they led the budget process and maintained the financial plan for all NYCEDC entities.
In 2010, Mohr became the Chief Financial Officer at Women's World Banking, where they developed and executed a successful financial turnaround strategy. Michael led the Finance & Operations Team, directed the organization's financial strategy, and implemented a multi-year business plan.
Mohr then joined First Niagara Bank in 2015 as VP of Enterprise Project Management Office, providing critical support for the merger with Key Bank. Michael also provided analytical support to the Strategy Team and monitored industry trends.
In 2018, Mohr started working at ACV Auctions as Director of Finance, Managing Director ACV Capital. Michael led equity and debt fundraising efforts, raising a total of $300M and achieving a "Unicorn" valuation of $1.4B.
In 2020, Mohr was promoted to Senior Director of Finance at ACV Auctions, and in 2022, they became the VP of Finance, overseeing the finance department.
Michael Mohr attended Binghamton University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy.
