Jag Chadha has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jag is currently serving as the Head of Engineering at ACV Auctions. Prior to this, they worked as a Mentor in Engineering Leadership at Plato and as a Senior Engineering Manager at Wonolo. Jag also held managerial positions at TELUS Digital, where they managed the Platform Engineering team and led strategic initiatives. Jag has experience in software architecture, development, and migration projects. Jag has worked at PathFactory as a Principal Engineer, at BiblioCommons as an Engineering Lead, and at Future Today Inc as the Head of Engineering. Jag also founded Grep42, a freelance job search engine, and co-founded Strange Labs, where they led software development for a restaurant-focused platform.

Jag Chadha studied Computer Science at PES University and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree. In 2020, they received certification as a Triplebyte Certified Generalist Software Engineer from Triplebyte.
