John Paul Buccat is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in network and infrastructure support. Currently serving as a Network & Infrastructure Support representative at Acuutech since February 2021, responsibilities include handling customer communications while adhering to Service Level Agreements. Previously, John Paul held roles such as Senior Service Desk Analyst and L2 Network Support Engineer, with experience in providing technical support and network monitoring. Earlier positions include Network Engineer at Comscentre, where John Paul performed troubleshooting and supported significant projects for esteemed clients. Additionally, John Paul served as an Assistant Instructor at AMA Education System, teaching various Cisco courses and engineering subjects. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Mapúa University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from FEU Institute of Technology, alongside achievements as a Cisco Certified Academy Instructor.
