Luis Matos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive leadership and consulting across various industries. As Co-Founder and President of Waycode since April 2023, and President & COO of Acumenian since September 2016, Luis has demonstrated a strong capability in driving organizational growth and development. Prior roles include directing the Business Intelligence and Quality Services at CPM International, where responsibilities spanned multiple markets including Puerto Rico, Panama, Colombia, and Miami. Luis also has a background in real estate management and project development, having co-founded Matos Real Estate and served as a project manager at QB Group LLC and Redondo Construction. Luis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and additional education from Babson College and University of Puerto Rico-Bayamon.
