Prior to these roles, Lynne worked as a Finance Officer at Orchard Care Homes, supporting care facilities in Scotland and Northern Ireland. Lynne's career began at Brakes Group, where Lynne held various positions including Regional Sales Support Manager, contributing to the centralization of sales support functions and providing administrative support to sales teams. Additional experience in credit control includes a position at Rolawn Limited, where Lynne managed a credit control team and minimized bad debts during a financial downturn, and with Avance Group, delivering credit control services to the brewing industry.
