Paul Bringhurst serves as the Managing Principal at Acumen Development Partners since February 2023, focusing on upscale and mid-scale hospitality real estate development. Previous roles include Development Director and Managing Director at Reef Private Equity, where Paul specialized in new development and the operations of the equity arm. Earlier experience encompasses positions as Redevelopment Manager for Salt Lake County, Owner and Land Planner at Urban Design Group, Department Head of Urban Land at Stantec, and Land Planner at Ward Engineering Group. Paul holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Development and a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning from the University of Utah, complemented by an Associate's degree in Civil Engineering from Salt Lake Community College.
