Theo Duchen is the Co Chief Executive of Acturis Group, a prominent SaaS platform in the General Insurance Market, a position held since the company's inception in 2001. Under Theo Duchen's leadership, Acturis has expanded significantly, establishing a strong presence in eight countries and employing over 1,100 colleagues. Prior to this role, Theo Duchen was a Partner at McKinsey and Company in the UK from 1991 to 2001. Educational credentials include a degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Cape Town and designation as a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
