Leticia Mederos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in policy and legislative roles. Currently serving as a Partner at Actum since February 2023, Mederos has also contributed as a Board Member for Afterschool Alliance since March 2021. Previously, Mederos held the position of Senior Managing Director at Clark Hill Law from March 2021 to February 2023 and acted as Chief of Staff for U.S. Representative Rosa DeLauro from February 2018 to March 2021. Other notable positions include Director of Labor Policy for the Senate HELP Committee under Senator Patty Murray and for the Committee on Education and the Workforce during their tenure with Ranking Member George Miller. Mederos held the position of Vice President for Work and Family Programs at the National Partnership for Women and Families in early 2012 and has a significant legislative background working for U.S. Representatives Rosa DeLauro and Carrie Meek. Mederos's academic qualifications include a Master's degree in History and Gender Studies from Rutgers University - Newark and a Bachelor's degree in American History and Social Work from Florida International University.
