Kevin Kelly currently serves as a Partner at Actum, a position held since February 2023, specializing in full-service government relations and public affairs strategy. Prior to this role, Kevin Kelly was with Clark Hill PLC from January 2017 to February 2023, where responsibilities included being a Member and Business Unit Leader for the Government and Regulatory Affairs Business Unit. Kevin Kelly also spent over two decades at Van Scoyoc Associates, holding the titles of Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from December 1995 to December 2016. Kevin Kelly earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Georgetown University Law Center between 1985 and 1989 and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from Borromeo College Seminary of Ohio in 1980, having also attended St. Fidelis College Seminary from 1976 to 1979.
