Antonio Villaraigosa is a seasoned political leader and business professional with extensive experience in various high-profile roles. Currently, Antonio serves as a Partner at Actum since October 2021 and previously held the same position at Mercury Public Affairs from November 2018 to October 2021. Antonio was also a candidate for California Governor from November 2016 to June 2018, advocating for a stronger middle class through educational investments and infrastructure improvements. Prior to these roles, Antonio served as Mayor of Los Angeles from 2005 to 2013 and was the Speaker of the California State Assembly from 1994 to 2001, showcasing a long-standing commitment to public service. Antonio earned a Bachelor's degree in History from UCLA, completing studies between 1972 and 1977.
