Martin Doležal has extensive experience in sales and account management. Martin is currently working as a Sales Director at ACTUM Digital, where they are responsible for creating and executing sales strategies for key international markets. In this role, they lead a sales team, manages important meetings, builds and maintains strong relationships with customers and partners, and represents ACTUM at events and conferences.

Prior to their current role, Martin worked as a Sales Manager at Capgemini, where they defined sales strategies and built new sales verticals. Martin also promoted solutions, evaluated market trends, and presented new ideas to clients.

Before joining Capgemini, Martin held the position of Key Account Manager at ZENTITY a.s., where they managed key accounts for four years. Martin also worked as a Key Account Manager at SAZKA a.s., where they were responsible for sales strategy and managing sales channels.

Martin's career in sales began at Vodafone Czech Republic, a.s., where they initially worked as a Corporate Retail Sales Representative and later became an Account Manager in Acquisitions.

Martin Doležal obtained a Master's degree in International Trade from Prague University of Economics and Business, from 2007 to 2012. Prior to this, they completed their secondary education in Mathematics and Physics at Grammar school "U Libeňského zámku" from 2003 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Martin Doležal also earned the Key Account Academy Certificate from Korda & Partners in February 2015, and the Business English Certificate Vantage from Cambridge English Language Assessment in March 2012.
