Kaibalya Ketan Nayak is an experienced design engineer currently working at Actualize Consulting Engineers & Digital IT Services and Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since February 2023. Previously held roles include Senior Design Engineer at DESYNDECK TECHNOLOGIES LLP from February 2022 to January 2023 and Design Engineer at Shaktiman (Tirth Agro Technology Pvt. Ltd.) from August 2021 to January 2022. Kaibalya's earlier experience includes Design Engineer positions at DESYNDECK TECHNOLOGIES LLP and research work as a Research Scholar at KiiT University from August 2017 to September 2019. Educationally, Kaibalya obtained a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from KIIT - Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vignan Institute of Technology and Management (VITAM).
