Fedor Kozhevnikov began their work experience in 1994 as a Software Engineer and Team Lead at ROSNO, where they worked until 1996. From 1997 to 1999, they worked as a Software Engineer at Master-Bank. In 1999, they joined Matrix Technology Group, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer and worked there until 2005. Currently, they are employed at Actsoft as a Senior Software Engineer and Integration Architect since May 2005.

Fedor Kozhevnikov pursued their education at the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI (Moscow Engineering Physics Institute) from 1985 to 1993. During this time, they obtained a Master's degree in Physics.
