Regina Mincey-Garlin is the current Assistant Executive Director, Finance & Administration at ACTORS EQUITY ASSOCIATION. Regina has over 17 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry. Prior to their current position, they served as the Director of Finance at Harvard Club of New York City from January 2011 to October 2020. In this role, they were responsible for managing all areas of financial services, developing procedures, and continually improving finance operational processes. Regina also served as the interim CFO and lead the finance and accounting team.

Before their time at Harvard Club of New York City, Regina was the Principal at RCG Companies, LLC from January 2003 to January 2011. In this role, they built and managed real estate consulting, development and mortgage financing businesses (multiple business units under RCG Companies umbrella). Regina was responsible for strategic planning, business development, team leadership, operations management, legal compliance, financial management, and P&L. Regina successfully cultivated investor relationships and maintained a diverse product portfolio.

Regina Mincey-Garlin has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University and is certified by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Coursera, and the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy.
