Deja Barnes, MSOGL, is an experienced professional currently serving as a Cheerleading Coach at ActivStars since January 2023 and as a Business Development Analyst at U.S. Bank since August 2018. Previously, Deja was a Cheerleading Instructor at i9 Sports from November 2016 to November 2020 and worked as a Training and Development Specialist at MUFG Union Bank, N.A. from January 2017 to August 2018, where strategies were communicated effectively, and workflow issues were identified and addressed for multiple teams. Deja began the career as a Customer Service Representative at Safelite Solutions, managing customer interactions in a call center setting. Academic achievements include pursuing a PhD in Organizational Development and Leadership at The University of Arizona Global Campus, a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University, a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University, and an Associate's degree in Organizational Leadership from Rio Salado College.
