Santino Garcia is an experienced operations leader and communications specialist, currently serving as Operations Lead and Playtest Coordinator at Activision since January 2018. In this role, Santino manages lab operations for playtests, oversees inventory, and facilitates communication across various departments. Previously, Santino worked as a freelance producer and held positions in account management and retail at companies including Prestige Fire Services and GameStop, demonstrating a strong track record in managing critical deadlines and team performance. Additionally, Santino gained logistics experience at Shipito and merchandising skills at SSD Systems. Santino holds an Associate of Science in Recording Arts from the Los Angeles Recording School.
