Neil Fishman is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the gaming and software industries. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Activision since April 2023, Neil previously held the same title at Riot Games, overseeing critical backend services for player dynamics. As Chief Technical Officer at Hoylu, Neil drove engineering and architecture for a collaborative software suite, while earlier roles at UIEvolution and Microsoft included leading teams focused on scalable SaaS solutions and managing development for various Windows products. Neil's career began at Digital Equipment Corporation and LAN Services, following a solid educational foundation with an S.M. in Computer & Systems Engineering from Harvard University and a B.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
