Amanda Bailey has extensive experience in analytics and marketing. Amanda began their career at Kelly Services as a Product Assurance specialist before moving on to roles at Southern Methodist University, Plano Signs, and Casino Food and Beverage Solutions. Later, they worked as a Sr. Marketing Analyst at The Venetian & The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casinos, where they focused on customer retention initiatives and marketing communications. Amanda then joined Top of Mind Marketing as a Sr. Consultant, specializing in business development and marketing research. Amanda went on to work at ClubCorp as a Director of Events Marketing, managing event sales, catering operations, and marketing campaigns. Amanda then transitioned to the entertainment industry, working at DIRECTV as a Manager of Retention Marketing and Analytics. Amanda later joined Beachbody as a Director of Database Marketing before joining Activision as a Sr. Director and eventually Vice President of Global Analytics. In these roles, they led teams in data analysis, business intelligence reporting, and machine learning applications. Amanda also played a key role in optimizing user acquisition, engagement, and monetization strategies for Activision's franchises.
Amanda Bailey obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History, Advertising & Marketing from Southern Methodist University, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. Amanda achieved a Master's of Science degree in Hospitality Management and Marketing from the University of Houston, with a GPA of 3.85, from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Leadership in Artificial Intelligence from Northeastern University in July 2022.
