Iacob-Sebastian Cozianu has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Iacob-Sebastian started their career in 2011 as an IT Support Specialist at Tecton Sterling, where they provided configuration support for the company's internal computer network and provided consultancy services for computer and peripheral equipment acquisitions. In 2012, they moved on to be a Student Software Developer at epiGenesys, a University of Sheffield company. Here, they worked as a full stack developer, contributing to the development of a standardized testing management system using Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL.

In 2012, Iacob-Sebastian joined Tecton Sterling again as an IT Support Specialist, providing technical support for the company's systems. In 2014, they joined Misys as an Associate Software Engineer. Iacob-Sebastian participated in the development of FusionRisk Limits using Agile and Scrum methodologies. Their responsibilities included Java coding, testing, and performance testing using Amazon AWS. Iacob-Sebastian also implemented a notifications system for a front-office product through RESTful web services.

Since 2015, Iacob-Sebastian has been working at ActiveViam. Iacob-Sebastian initially joined as a Consultant and later progressed to the role of Senior Consultant and Solutions Architect. Their expertise in designing solutions and extensive experience in the industry have made him a valuable asset to the company.

Iacob-Sebastian Cozianu completed their high school education at Colegiul National Bilingv "George Cosbuc" Bucuresti from 2005 to 2009, earning a Diploma de Bacalaureat with a focus on Mathematics and Computer Science. Iacob-Sebastian then pursued further education at The University of Sheffield from 2009 to 2013, obtaining an MComp degree in Artificial Intelligence & Computer Science.
