Harold Ponce has been working in the technology industry since 2007. Harold started at TeleTech Philippines as a Support Team Lead and then moved to Convergys as a Technical Support Representative in 2011. In 2013, they joined Lexmark International, Inc. as a Sales Enablement Specialist and Technical Support Representative. In 2018, they began working at ActivePipe as a Support Manager, Team Lead, and QA Tester.

Harold Ponce obtained their Bachelor of Science degree from Cebu Normal University between 2003 and 2007.
