Sonia Giglio has a diverse work experience in customer support and service roles. Sonia started their career as a Flight Attendant at Ryanair from October 2014 to June 2016. Sonia then worked as a Fraud Customer Service Agent at Betfair from August 2016 to June 2017, where they conducted investigations to detect potential fraudulent activities and contributed to the improvement of the customer experience. Following that, they joined j2 Global as a Multilingual Customer Service Advisor from July 2017 to April 2018. At Airbnb, they held two roles; first as a Customer Service Agent Premium Support from April 2018 to June 2019, and later as a Claims Specialist, Community Support from June 2019 to July 2020. Currently, they are working at ActiveCampaign as a Customer Support Specialist since September 2020.
