Rob Zimmerman has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rob started their career as a Private Wealth Management Analyst at Goldman Sachs from June 2012 to March 2015, where they managed accounts, created procedural manuals, and advised clients. Following that, they worked as a Sales Development Manager at Workday from March 2015 to March 2017, where they managed the sales development funnel, brought in significant sales opportunities, and managed over 700 accounts. Rob also worked as a Social Media & Content Marketing Manager at Teem from September 2017 to September 2019, and as a Customer Marketing Manager & Head of Pride ERG at WeWork from September 2018 to September 2019.

In 2015, Rob started their own business as a Social Media Consultant, providing consultation services until January 2021. Rob then joined Multiple Hats Management in May 2019 as a Learning and Development Consultant, where they built and managed marketing and customer success funnels, collaborated with client leadership teams, and facilitated workshops.
