Rand Al Rikabi has a diverse work experience spanning over different roles and companies. Rand started their career in 2007 as a Regulatory & Interconnection Officer at Itisaluna -- VTEL Holdings. Rand later became a Regulatory & Interconnection Supervisor before leaving in June 2010.

In 2010, Rand joined Clearwire as a Backhaul Project Manager and later transitioned to the role of Regional GIS - Substantial Service Program. Rand stayed with the company until May 2011.

From 2011 to 2012, Rand worked as an RF Engineer at Samsung SDS America before moving to Nexgen Wireless, Inc. where they served as an RF Engineering PM from December 2011 to March 2015.

In September 2012, Rand joined AT&T as a DAS Engineering PM and remained in the position until September 2015.

Following their time at AT&T, Rand joined PCTEL as an RF Engineering PM from March 2015 to September 2015.

In May 2016, Rand became the A&E Manager - Central Region at Mobilitie and later, in May 2016, they took on the role of A&E Director - National until March 2017.

From March 2017 to December 2017, Rand served as a Site Development PM at T-Mobile.

Starting from December 2017, Rand worked as the Director of Wireless Solutions at Mobilitie until March 2019.

Most recently, Rand joined ActiveCampaign in June 2019 as a Technical Project Manager and then progressed to becoming a Product Manager in March 2020. Rand currently holds the position of Senior Product Manager as of July 2022.

From 1994 to 1998, Rand Al Rikabi attended the University of Technology in Iraq, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Laser Physics.
