Brad O'Brien

Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager at ActiveCampaign

Brad O'Brien has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Brad began their career in 2012 at PR Power Australia as an Operations Support professional, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they joined Surf Pacific as a Marketing Strategy Director, where they led a team of marketing specialists and was responsible for developing and executing digital advertising campaigns for clients. After working at Surf Pacific for two years, Brad joined ActiveCampaign in 2017 as an Onboarding Specialist, where they facilitated the successful onboarding of new clients. Brad later served as a Senior Onboarding Specialist and currently holds the position of Strategic Customer Success Manager at ActiveCampaign, a role they have held since November 2021.

Brad O'Brien attended Griffith University from 2012 to 2016, where they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
